How to purchase something here!
First of all,
thanks for visiting my low-tech eCommerce website and thinking about buying a product here. I have used Ebay and Reverb and for what they do, they are good. Here is a link to my Reverb store for my reviews. But in an effort to keep costs down and real value in my products I have decided to offer goods and maybe even services through this website.
The idea is this:
I have gotten a Square Payment Processing Account and have the ability to invoice my customers for goods and services remotely. You can always visit me at my shop and purchase items there with a Credit Card. But I wanted to open my store to those outside of my sandbar called Cape Cod.
How it's done,
The trick with all of this is to make sure you are comfortable in your decision. For assurances, check out my reviews on Reverb.com During your purchase, I will get your name, address, and email but not your Credit Card information. That is handled by Square.
So if you want to purchase something I have placed for sale, simply put it in your shopping cart and checkout.
You will be asked to fill out some information on an order form and after you have done that you can place your order. I will receive your order in an email and verify the product is available and then calculate the shipping costs and your discount(lucky you) and build an Invoice. I may also write to you with a question or answer a questions you may have sent.
Square will send you the invoice with the product name, cost, shipping costs and final total due. At that point you have the option to ignore the Invoice (I hope you won't) or immediately pay it (yay!) Or take some time to think about it. Remember I have promised the product to you and it has been removed from inventory so be considerate. Square will remind you of an open Invoice and the order will cancel eventually.

At that point, if all goes as planned, I will receive confirmation of your transaction, and then confirmation of funds. Then I will pack and ship the item to you within 48 hrs of payment processing. You will get notification from me that the product is on it's way. I will send you tracking information as well.
If you are unhappy with the item I will accept a return, all I ask is that you communicate your reasons with me. I must receive the item in the original packing material, packed safely and in the condition it was sent. Defective or damaged products will be given a return shipping label free of charge. Your account will be credited as soon as I receive the item and check it out. It may take a few days for your funds to appear in your account.
Due to their fragile nature, tube amps break. I understand this. But I also understand this is an investment in your art and it should be reliable. So as long as you bought and still own a Franks Amps amplifier or accessory I will repair any defects in workmanship or parts with the exception of vacuum tubes, absolutely free of charge.
